New research says aerobic exercise boosts IQ and can also prevent impotence and improve eyesight!
Most of us exercise because it makes us look and feel better and helps us deal with stress, but research by Professor Arthur Kramer at the University of Illinois has shown that the benefits of exercise are much more widespread. Regular workouts can improve cognition and intelligence, especially in children and older adults.
