Class levels
Please check with the instructor that the class is suitable for your level of fitness. If you know of any medical reason that may affect you during exercise, please inform your instructor beforehand.
Booking
Members can pre-book all exercise classes by telephone or in person. Class bookings can only be taken on the day of your selected class. (Reserved places will be re-sold if not collected at least 5 minutes before the start of the class)

We run a full range of exercise classes in our two studios. Our 2 Studios are also available for private hire.

For muscular strength & endurance.
Cardio
For cardiovascular fitness.
Circuits
A whole body workout for different levels of fitness.
Conditioning
For strengthening & toning major muscle groups.
Spin bike
For cardiovascular fitness on a bike.
Step
For cardiovascular fitness, classes may contain complex choreography.
Yoga/Stretch/Relaxation/Pilates
Improves balance, flexibility, posture, co-ordination and relaxation.
