What’s available?

BODY PUMP

The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body, and pushes you to the limit every time. (Burn up to 560 calories).

BODY BALANCE

A dynamic mix of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates, choreographed to motivating music. This class improves posture, flexibility and strength. Designed to leave you feeling balanced and energized.

ACTIVE JUBILEE

You’re never too old to start! A class aimed at the more mature individual to increase flexibility, mobility and strength, combing resistance and aerobic exercise.

AEROBICS JUBILEE

A dance/aerobics style class – everyone welcome. These are free classes for the local community.

BODY CONDITIONING

A fun muscular strength training session to music designed to tone, shape and sculpt your body whilst burning fat.

CIRCUIT

Strength training and a challenging cardio workout all rolled into one. This class makes use of equipment placed into different stations. A challenging workout.

HATHA YOGA

A classical Hatha Yoga practise combining postures, proper breathing, meditation and visualisations specifically sequenced to optimise & balance the quality of your energy, body and mind.

A.R.D.

Athletic Rapid Development. High intensity boot camp and abs circuits.

STEP

A traditional style of training, with high impact aerobic movements, choreography and exercises, based around a step. Work your whole body, elevate your heart rate and improve your co-ordination with a complete cardio workout.

LEGS BUMS & TUMS/BODYBLAST

The worst parts of your body when it comes to shifting fat. But don’t worry, help this classes is a fun filled way to help tone up those wobbly bits you love to hate. 

PILATES

Pilates is a safe and highly effective low-impact way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body. The class offers a complete core workout which in turn leads to a stronger back, correct posture and muscle imbalances.

SPIN

Indoor Cycling workout comprised of endurance, interval and strength training. The ultimate cardio workout!

SWISS BALL WORKOUT

Tone and firm all muscle groups, whilst working on your core strength (abs & back). This class utilises the Swiss Balls.

TOTAL CORE

This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus

VINYASA YOGA

This class focuses on synchronising movement with the breath. Each posture is linked from one to the next to create one long moving meditation. Open to all.

 

Les Mills Classes

We now offer classes from Les Mills – the leading name in structured, engaging fitness programmes. The Grit Series gives you a highly intense workout in half the time, giving you time to fit them in even with a busy work schedule. Read more about our Les Mills classes.

Please check with the instructor that the class is suitable for your level of fitness. If you know of any medical reason that may affect you during exercise, please inform your instructor beforehand.

Booking

Members can pre-book all exercise classes by telephone or in person.Non member class bookings can only be taken on the day of your selected class. (Reserved places will be re-sold if not collected at least 5 minutes before the start of the class)
