Les Mills are world renowned for their structured, choreographed classes that never get boring. Constantly updated with new regimes and music they are sure to help you achieve your goals even faster.
The classes we are introducing are Body Pump, Body Combat, Grit Strength, Grit Plyo, Grit Cardio. The Grit Series gives you a highly intense workout in half the time, giving you time to fit them in even with a busy work schedule.
