More healthy eating programmes for Southwark!

Jubilee Hall Trust (JHT) has been commissioned by Southwark Public Health to deliver more MEND programmes for children aged 7-13 starting in September 2014. This follows on from a  series of successful programmes managed by the charity over the last two years. MEND is a lifestyle intervention that empowers children and adults to become fitter, healthier and happier and to reach or maintain a healthier weight.

JHT is currently running two programmes in the Borough, one in Bermondsey and another at Rye Oak school. All of the families will shortly be ‘graduating’ and will be visiting London Zoo as a ‘reward day’ for good attendance.

Anyone interested in signing up for the new programmes should contact our MEND Programme Co-ordinator, Lola Ross at lolaross@jubileehalltrust.org
