The first UK Active National Fitness Day is on Friday 26th September and will mean that gym operators and physical activity providers across the country will be offering a wide range of free opportunties to try out new ways to have fun and get fit!
UK Active will be staging mass participation events in Birmingham, Bristol and London, which the general public can get involved in. Jubilee Hall Trust has negotiated for the London promotion to be in the iconic Covent Garden Piazza in front of St Paul’s Church and it will feature a Les Mills Body Combat class at 12.30pm and a Les Mills Sh’Bam (dance) class at 1pm.
In addition, all of Jubilee Hall Trust’s clubs will have free gym sessions or exercise classes. For example, Jubilee Hall in Covent Garden will be offering FREE gym access all day, as well as FREE 30-minute High-Intensity ARD classes at 11am and 3pm, as well as Boxfit at 7pm.
