Jubilee Hall Trust is an independent charitable sports trust in central London that operates four fitness, health and sports centres and also delivers community programmes to build healthier communities.
Brief overview of the role
To support Jubilee Hall Trust in getting people more active by engaging with local communities and organisations. You will introduce, deliver and maintain community health and wellbeing programmes for people of all ages, aiming to remove barriers and increase participation and physical activity.
Administration & Reporting
Community Groups & Partnership Liaison
Exercise referral – coordinating and reporting
Management of weekly community programme
Monitoring and evaluation of programmes
Development of new groups and activities as appropriate
Attendance at listed meetings and feed back to Chief Executive
Excellent customer services skills
Open to new ideas and self development
Ability to handle customer complaints with tact
Good communication skills at all levels including written and oral
Good organisational skills
Good Word and Excel skills and general computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work autonomously
Experience of managing a funded or commissioned programme
Awareness of health and safety
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in leading physical activity and community programmes
Ability to comply with JHT DBS policy
Experience in Health and Fitness Industry
Exercise referral qualification
