Sam was raised in Yorkshire and has a BA Honours Degree in Creative Advertising. From a young age he’s always played tonnes of sport including football, badminton, athletics, swimming and most predominantly played Rugby League (in which Sam was invited to train for both County and Country).
Sam gained his Level 2 Personal Training qualification at the age of 16 & more recently adding his Level 3 to his repertoire, Sam not only delivers his sessions with a great amount of textbook knowledge but with years of valuable firsthand experience.

Stephen grew up in the North of England, he’s managed an interest in nutrition and fitness all his life. He started his career as a chef and his focus on quality and dedication quickly saw him rise to the boss of a chain of luxury boutique hotels. Outside of work, he had a tonne of fitness interests such as rock climbing, kayaking and of course, the gym. Stephen’s love of the gym and getting his own awesome physique pushed him to fully qualify as an advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer. Since then he’s got qualifications coming out of his ears with exercise referral, Sports conditioning, Spin instructor and group training.

As a Level 4 PT and Exercise Referral Specialist, I am qualified to teach Pilates, Ante and Post Natal and Older Adults. In January 2016 I studied Yoga and Meditation at the Himalaya Yoga Valley in India and am now also a 200hr Yoga Teacher. My previous experience includes designing physical activity programmes for mental health and exercise referral programmes for Cancer Rehabilitation. I am extremely interested in helping people heal and grow through exercise and meditation.
