Julien Bertherat began his career as a Personal Trainer in 2009. Before working with clients to help improve their fitness, Julien played professional rugby for ASM Clermont Auvgerne in his native France. It was during this time that he was first introduced to weight training whilst in the gym. Julien now works exclusively with individual clients and offers bespoke fitness programmes that deliver the gains that his clients need to become healthier and more energised, and which fit with their busy working lives.
