Give It A Go Festival on Sunday 15th July

Give it a Go! is a FREE festival of health and wellbeing on Hampstead Heath, that gives the opportunity for adults, children, young people and families to Give it a Go! The Heath has got 320 hectares of natural parkland, and plays host to a multitude of activities. It’s a place where you can go and have your blood checked or your health checked. If you’re feeling more physical you can join in a fencing session, be coached by a tennis professional, enjoy a game of bowls, play some rugby, have a go on an assault course, become a track and field expert, and listen to some rocking music.
It’s a great day out for the local community, when we work in partnership with our local borough and our wide-range of community partners. It’s an inclusive day, designed to shine a spotlight on helping to make people healthier, fitter and happier! Events run from 1pm until 530pm and the meeting point is the Parliament Hill Fields Band Stand, Parliament Hill, NW3 2JP.
Come along to the jewel in the crown of London’s open spaces, and take the opportunity to try something different and Give it a Go!
