Fantastic new Les Mills workout classes launched at Jubilee Hall!

We are delighted to have partnered with Les Mills to bring a wider range of great classes to our timetable in Covent Garden. Les Mills are world renowned for their structured, choreographed classes that never get boring. Constantly updated with new regimes and music, they are sure to help you achieve your goals even faster.
The classes we have introduced from Monday 3rd February are Body Pump, Body Combat and the G.R.I.T. series of high intensity workouts.
Body Pump is the original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time, burning up to 560 calories per class! For a challenging mix of martial arts and endurance, try Body Combat. The brand new G.R.I.T. classes take the principles of high-intensity training and applies them to a fun, team training environment so that you can get a great workout in half the time. These classes come in three varieties: G.R.I.T. Strength – blasting all the major muscle groups; G.R.I.T. Plyo – combining plyometrics and power agility training; G.R.I.T. Cardio – an explosive session using high impact body weight exercises.
