Keep Your Chin Up!

Jubilee Hall Trust’s own Action Dan shows how it is possible to get a free workout by using your local park. As well as jogging or exercises using your own body weight (e.g. press ups), many parks now have outdoor gyms or ‘trim trails’, which you can use. In this short film on Hampstead Heath, Action Dan talks to some local people about their fitness goals and favourite exercises, and then challenges one of them to a chin-up competition!
