Jubilee Hall Trust Awards 2022

After missing a few years, the revamped awards event was held on Friday 13^th May. Teams from 4 clubs got together to celebrate the past year, present about what they are proud of and discuss the strategy for the coming year.

The nominations for the ‘Lived by our values’ award were voted for by each club and then Jon, Chief Exec chose an overall winner for the ‘Spirit of Jubilee Hall Trust’ award.

Staff could nominate themselves or a colleague for the ‘Innovation Award’ award. The definition of Innovation is ‘a new idea, method, or device or the introduction of something new’ so it could have been something quite simple that improves the member journey or our way of working.

The General Manager’s each nominated their ‘Stand Out Performer’ for the final award and one winner was chosen by Jon.

Those nominated for each award were celebrated and the winners inspired our teams.

And the winners for 2022…

‘Lived by our values’ David (Colombo), Georgia (Jubilee Hall), Manolo (Armoury), Patty (Westminster) and the overall winner and the ‘Spirit of Jubilee Hall Trust’ went to Georgia.

‘Innovation Award’ went to Matt from Jubilee Hall for his improvements across our health & safety function and his support to the other sites.

‘Stand Out Performer’ was awarded to Benji our apprentice at Colombo. He was described as everything you need in a new team member and that he can’t be faulted for his dedication to the gym and support for his colleagues.
