Jubilee Hall Trust partners with MYZONE to help employees get fit

Jubilee Hall Trust (JHT) has entered into a partnership with MYZONE to enable all of our staff to track their physical activity. We will provide all of our staff with a FREE MYZONE MZ-3 heart-rate training monitor (normal retail price: £129.99), which syncs with a smartphone app, to enable them to see how long they spend in each heart-rate training zone, and to recognise when they reach the World Health Organization guidelines of 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity exercise every week.
MYZONE has already worked with the national Workplace Challenge to show how use of the device can significantly improve employees’ health.
JHT Chief Executive, Phil Rumbelow, said:
