Staff proud to work for Jubilee Hall Trust

In their latest employee survey, 80% of Jubilee Hall Trust’s (JHT) staff said that they were proud to work for the charity. In addition, almost 9 out of 10 of them said that they would recommend JHT as an employer. The annual survey is carried out anonymously on-line to determine staff attitudes and to find areas for improvement.
This year’s survey was completed by 70% of staff which was a significant uplift on 2013, and almost all other areas also showed positive improvements. The charity has developed the range of staff benefits available which now include a health cash plan, cycle to work scheme and Cottrills reward points. Staff can also take advantage of an interest-free season ticket loan and an extra day of annual leave to do something for charity.
HR Generalist, Abigail Gray, said:
‘We are obviously delighted that so many staff completed the survey and showed such a vote of confidence in the organisation. Back in April, we took the decision to become a London Living Wage employer and just this week we have invited an Investors in People assessor to meet the staff at all sites and carry out an independent review. In an increasingly competitive fitness industry, we believe that providing our people with fair remuneration and working conditions means that they will, in turn, provide a great service to our loyal customers which will mark us out from our competitors.’
