Staff take pride in Jubilee Hall Trust

In Jubilee Hall Trust’s latest employee survey – conducted anonymously and on-line – 91% of staff said that they felt proud to work for the charity and 84% said that they would recommend it as an employer to friends or family. The survey is conducted every 18 months and both of these scores show an improvement over the 2010 survey.
The results are still being evaluated and consultation with staff is ongoing to agree an action plan on areas that needed improvement, but in the meantime, HR Manager, Denise McDonnell said:
‘It is clear that the vast majority of our staff feel committed and valued by the organisation. As employers, they feel we buy into their development and in return they show a commitment to both their work and the trust as a whole. We will continue to re-evaluate how best to compensate our staff to retain and build on the skills and resource we have.’
