UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2022

Every Autumn the staff from all sites complete an anonymous survey with Great Place to Work. Through the Certification process, valuable employee feedback is captured using their research-driven Trust Index™ survey and details about the programmes and practices that make the workplace unique.
On 20th July 2022 it was announced that Jubilee Hall Trust made the small employers list for UK’s Best Workplaces for Women 2022. These results are based on what women themselves have anonymously reported about their workplace experience and how well represented they are in the workforce and management.
Now in its fifth year, the 2022 list showcases the largest collection of Best Workplaces™ for Women that the UK has ever recognised. These organisations work hard to ensure people aren’t discriminated against, create fair access and advancement for all, and foster a sense of value and empowerment in employees.
