96% of Staff Proud to Work for Jubilee Hall Trust!

Jubilee Hall Trust is delighted to announce its best ever Staff Survey results! The annual survey is carried out anonymously online as a way of gauging staff satisfaction and finding areas to improve upon. This year’s survey was completed by 78% of staff, and provided the highest satisfaction scores in almost every single category!
97% of staff said that they were happy in their work (2014: 86%) and 96% (80%) said that they were proud to work for the charity. Staff agreed that they received good feedback from their managers including praise and recognition for good work and opportunities for training and development.
After the introduction of the London Living Wage last year, a record 75% of staff stated that their salary was competitive with similar jobs elsewhere, a significant increase on the 55% last year. The lowest scoring area was staff rooms with only 34% of staff agreeing that the staff rooms were comfortable and well-mantained, although this was still an improvement on all previous surveys. Nevertheless, the Trust will be looking to make some investment in these areas, so that staff can enjoy their breaks and ‘downtime’ in a better environment.
HR Generalist, Abigail Gray, said:
‘We are delighted with this year’s results, which shows that the steps we have taken to improve staff benefits and provide a more structured approach to training and career development have paid off. We were especially pleased that nine out of ten staff said that they would recommend us as an employer.’
Jubilee Hall Trust is a finalist in the UK Active Training Awards for Small Employer of the Year.
