Jubilee Hall Trust is a Great Place To Work!

In our latest independent survey carried out by Great Places To Work (GPTW), 91% of staff agreed with the statement that ‘Taking everything into account I would say this is a great place to work’.

The charity scored especially highly in the areas of Strategy & Direction, Reward and Trust Outcome.

Comments from staff in the anonymous online survey included:

‘I think the sense of community both within the team and with members is brilliant. I look forward to Mondays & love interacting with everyone, even when we have a lot on’ and

‘The team and the community groups that we work with makes my work environment a unique place. I always look forward to coming in even if i know it will be a tough day, as we do a lot of work for emotional and physical well-being for the community but we are also part of that community, so I feel as though I benefit from the work we do. The team is a good support network to work better but also feel better too.’

Jubilee Hall Trust (JHT) pays London Living Wage, is a CIMSPA Employer Partner and a member of Community Leisure UK and ukactive. The charity offers a range of staff benefits including  a health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, sports/charity bursary and extra time off for external voluntary work. JHT also organises regular social and sporting activities, and celebrates success with a Staff ‘Oscars’ event in May each year.
