Carol is a corporate and commercial solicitor with over 30 years’ experience advising on M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and privacy.

She also advises on corporate governance, fiduciary and directors’ duties, statutory and regulatory issues and has been a trusted advisor to SMEs in the technology, automotive, engineering and manufacturing, travel and tourism sectors.

Since 2014, Carol has been a Non-Executive Director of a US based e-procurement technology solutions provider.
